Application and product details
Stand on the Sternenlotos STARGATE several times a day (without shoes), ideally before going to bed and in the morning before you start your day. You can also close your eyes. Enjoy the frequencies anytime and as often as you feel they are good for you. Take the STARGATE with you to the office/work or give it a special place in your living room at home.
