In which countries is the Sternenlotos available?

We ship our goods within the European Union and to Switzerland. Please refer to the Payment & Shipping button in the footer of this website for the individual countries and the respective shipping conditions. You are not based in the EU or Switzerland? What should I pay attention to when using Sternenlotos products?

Using the Sternenlotos products is extremely simple. Please follow the instructions on the labels or read them here on the website under the Products/Shop menu item. In addition to written instructions for use, you will also find various videos on the individual products here.

 

 

I also take other vitality products. Can I use Sternenlotos together with these products?

You can safely use the Sternenlotos products together with any other products that are good for you.

 

How long does the Sternenlotos last/can it be used?

When used correctly, Sternenlotos products are almost indestructible. The stored frequencies remain stored for many years and retain their power.

 

Is the Sternenlotos also suitable for children?

Of course. Children especially love a harmonious environment. However, with smaller products such as the Sternenlotos - The Original, please ensure that the child does not play with it unsupervised. Due to its small size (2.5 x 2 cm), the leaflet could easily be swallowed by small children.

 

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For orders totaling €250.00 or more, shipping to all European countries is free. Information about shipping costs and delivery times can be found under the Payment & Shipping button in the footer of this website.

 

I am not at home during the day, can I specify a different delivery address?

If you are a registered customer, you can save and manage multiple shipping addresses in your account. You can also have your order delivered to a Packstation or a post office.

 

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel an order. We will do everything we can to intercept and adjust your order in time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to the parcel service, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return the products to us after receipt. Please contact us by email so that we know that a return shipment from you is on the way. We will find a solution that suits you.

 

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders received before 3 p.m. on weekdays are usually dispatched on the same day. In Austria, Germany and Switzerland, your package will be delivered to the delivery address within 2 to a maximum of 4 working days. Shipping information and conditions for all countries can be found under the Payment & Shipping button in the footer of this website. If you would like delivery within 24 hours, we will be happy to arrange an overnight express for you. Please let us know immediately after placing your order. The 24-hour delivery service is subject to additional costs.

 

I haven't received my package, what do I do?

Please first check the shipment tracking to see where your package is currently located. According to the tracking, has it already been delivered, but you have not received it? Sometimes the parcel service courier hands the shipment over to another family member or neighbor. Please ask whether someone else has received your shipment. If you cannot find the package, contact us and provide the order or shipment number.

 

According to the tracking information, my order is being returned to you. Why?

In your case, the shipment could probably not be delivered or the package was not picked up from the specified parcel service point. In this case, please contact us by email . As soon as we have received the return, we will resend you the ordered products. Please also check whether the delivery address was entered correctly when ordering.
