Stand on the Sternenlotos STARGATE several times a day (without shoes), ideally before going to bed and in the morning before you start the day. You can also close your eyes. The STARGATE is designed for a maximum body weight of 130 kilograms, the STARGATE travel for a maximum weight of 85 kilograms. The wood can break if overloaded.

People with impaired balance or other impairments should not use the STARGATEs while standing. You can also place your feet or the palms of your hands on the STARGATEs while sitting down to enjoy the full effect.

Care: Clean the STARGATE and the STARGATE travel with a damp cloth and then wipe dry. Do not store outdoors.
