If our product does not meet your expectations, you can return the goods to us as a package within 4 weeks (28 days) of the order date. To do this, please enclose the goods, the relevant invoice and a short cover letter with the reason in the prepaid package. Within 5 working days of receiving the package, we will refund the price paid based on the payment details you provided at the time of purchase - provided that the goods arrive undamaged and without any quality impairments.

The 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to orders from the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Your rights under the statutory warranty and the statutory right of withdrawal are not affected or restricted by this.
