What is special about BLOOOMING NATURE products?
We only include in our range what ends up on our table every day. Honest, pure, genuine from Mother Nature. And only what is really necessary to stay healthy under today's living conditions. We stand for complete transparency of all ingredients, avoid any synthetic additives, ensure a high dosage and the best available quality of raw materials, stand for a very good price/performance ratio, avoid any animal products, ensure first-class tolerability and have the quality and ingredients confirmed by independent laboratories.
Of course, we manufacture all products exclusively in Germany in compliance with the strictest parameters.
In which countries are BLOOOMING NATURE products available?
We deliver our goods within Germany and Austria. The products are delivered within 2-4 working days (or faster :). No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Can I open the capsules?
The capsules can be easily opened with a small twist. This is a good idea if you have problems swallowing capsules. In this case, we recommend taking the contents with a little fruit juice. This will help you absorb the valuable ingredients and neutralize any bitter or sour taste. Please do not use hot drinks, as the heat can affect the quality of the ingredients.
How should the products be stored?
We recommend that you store all products in their original packaging and in the folding box. This will protect them optimally from the effects of light. Please also ensure that they are stored at room temperature, dry and out of the reach of children. We also recommend that you do not store the products in the immediate vicinity of sources of radiation or electromagnetic fields such as electric stoves, microwaves, refrigerators or WiFi routers. These frequencies affect the quality of the ingredients.
Are all BLOOOMING NATURE products vegan?
Yes. Only the Sango sea coral, which is not officially classified as a plant, may not be declared as a vegan product. Otherwise, all ingredients in all products are 100% vegan.
Are the products suitable for children?
In principle, the ingredients are also suitable for children. ATTENTION: We would like to point out that taking the capsules and the respective dosage must be clarified beforehand with a doctor or alternative practitioner! If the doctor or alternative practitioner gives their consent to taking the capsules, we strongly recommend opening the capsules and administering the loose ingredients with liquid (e.g. fruit juice) in the correct dosage for your child (according to the doctor/alternative practitioner). The capsules are designed for adults and are therefore too large for children to swallow.
What is the capsule shell of BLOOOMING NATURE products made of?
Our capsules are made from plant fibers and are 100% vegan. They are gastric juice resistant and therefore allow the optimal transport of nutrients into the intestine. The capsules are referred to as "hydroxypropylmethylcellulose" (HPMC for short) in the respective ingredients list.
When should dietary supplements be taken?
We generally recommend that you always take food supplements with a meal (either shortly before or during a meal). There are exceptions to this rule. Please follow the recommended consumption stated on the label and on the carton.
Are there any side effects?
Our nutritional supplements are completely safe when taken according to the recommended dosage and due to their purely natural composition. Side effects, which often occur with medication, can be largely ruled out.
I already take other BLOOOMING NATURE products. Can I combine them?
Yes, all of our products can be combined perfectly. When it comes to dosage, please follow the recommended dosage on the label and carton.
Why is there no information about the effects and possible uses of the products?
We ask you to read about the effects of the respective food supplements on the Internet or in the relevant specialist literature. Since December 2012, distributors of food supplements have been prohibited from making health-related claims under the EU's so-called Health Claims Regulation. How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for Germany are €3.50 and for Austria €3.90. For orders over €50, shipping to both countries is free.
I am not at home during the day, can I specify a different delivery address?
If you are a registered customer, you can save and manage multiple shipping addresses in your account. You can also have your order delivered to a Packstation or a post office.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel an order. We will do everything we can to intercept and adjust your order in time before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible. However, you can return the products to us. Please contact us by email so that we know that a return shipment from you is on the way. We will find a solution that suits you.
How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders received before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. You will receive your package within 2 to a maximum of 4 working days.
I haven't received my package, what do I do?
Please first check the shipment tracking to see where your package is. According to the tracking, has it already been delivered, but you haven't received it? Sometimes the postal/parcel service delivers the shipment to another family member or neighbor. Please ask whether someone else has received your shipment. If you cannot find the package, please contact us and state the order or shipment number: [email protected]
According to the tracking information, my order is being returned to BLOOOMING NATURE. Why?
In your case, the shipment could probably not be delivered or the package was not picked up from the post office. In this case, please contact us by email at [email protected] . As soon as we have received the return, we will send you the ordered products again. Please also check the correct delivery address again.
